Bachelor's degree and professional registration in Food Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Agroindustrial Engineering, Nutrition, or related fields. Experience as a Quality Supervisor in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). Experience in mining camps or hydrocarbon operations. HACCP system certification. Knowledge of safety, occupational health, and environmental topics. Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Availability to work in La Libertad 28x14 · What Will You Do? . Design and maintain the quality system in operational processes, in coordination with the ADC / Contract Manager. . Conduct quality audits, verifying compliance and service quality delivered under the contract. . Coordinate survey tabulation and jointly develop Corrective Action Plans with the ADC / Contract Manager. . Promote and participate in corrective and preventive actions to systematically achieve improvements and resolve quality issues. . Issue periodic reports to the Quality Department Head and contract management authorities (Administrators, Supervisors, Management) on the quality performance of units under the quality system supervised. . Train and disseminate basic quality tools among operational staff and supervisors of user areas. . Understand how to respond to operational crises per the Crisis Management Manual. . Report substandard acts or conditions detected in your area that may pose risks to your physical integrity or health, that of your colleagues, or damage to facilities or the environment. . Attend trainings, comply with procedures and regulations, actively participate in implementation, and adhere to the Integrated Management System Policy. .
