We are looking for an HSE Supervisor with strong experience in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment to lead and ensure compliance with our Integrated Management System in Trujillo, with availability to travel to various cities and regions across the country. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (HSE / IMS). Immediate availability and willingness to travel as required by operational needs. Knowledge of document management, OSH, environmental, and quality regulations (desirable). Proficiency in office tools and computer systems. Key Responsibilities: Advise process leaders on the preparation, review, and improvement of IMS documents, ensuring maintenance and renewal of certification. Verify conformity of the documented system (manuals, procedures, records). Update and control Master Lists of internal, external, and record documents. Ensure proper distribution, access, and validity of controlled documents. Track corrective and preventive actions. Participate in dissemination of IMS standards, policies, and objectives. Execute operational controls for safety, occupational health, and environment. Verify correct application of IMS documents according to established procedures. Manage documents and support execution and follow-up of internal audits. Prepare site visit reports, proposing preventive and corrective measures. Report serious or imminent risks identified during work activities. Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) and promote its methodology. Participate in Occupational Safety and Health Committee meetings. Contribute to implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the IMS, ensuring operational control and activity safety.
