We are a Movistar sales call center focused on \***\*portability**\*\* (switching from another operator to Movistar) and \***\*fixed services**\*\* (home internet, cable, duals, and triples). \***\*Location:**\*\* Calle San Andrés 159, Trujillo (behind Jano's and next to Mollejitas San Andrés). \***\*Schedule:**\*\* Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Exceptionally, one Saturday per month may be requested from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., based on productivity. \***\*Compensation:**\*\* * Fixed salary of \***\*S/ 1,200**\*\*. * Sales commissions: * \***\*Portability:**\*\* 80% commission starting from 10 sales; 110% for more than 10 sales. * \***\*Fixed services:**\*\* 50% commission starting from 5 sales; 90% for more than 5 sales. Training lasts 1 day, is \***\*paid**\*\*, and takes place within working hours. You begin accruing work time from your first day. We provide a corporate mobile phone, and you will receive a daily client portfolio to contact. Additionally, you will have ongoing support from your supervisor and the training team. You may also sell to family, friends, or acquaintances—these sales count toward your commissions. Salary is paid during the last business days of each month. Commissions are paid on the 15th, with a one-month delay. Hiring is initially via service receipt (service contract) for the first month.
