Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced scoop operator to verify, maintain, and safely and efficiently operate equipment in an underground mine, contributing to production and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Safe and efficient operation of Scoop equipment (Sandvik) 2. Equipment verification and maintenance 3. Achievement of production and safety objectives "SCOOP OPERATOR" Requirements: Completed secondary education 3 years of experience as a scoop operator in an underground mine. A2B driver's license Ability to operate scoops of various capacities (2\.2, 4, and 6 cubic yards) RESPONSIBILITIES: Equipment Verification and Maintenance: Verify equipment operating conditions, conduct visual inspections, complete the corresponding checklists, and ensure proper equipment functionality. Safe and Efficient Operation: Operate the assigned Scoop equipment (Sandvik) safely and efficiently according to established procedures and work standards. Cleaning and Loading: Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks at work units. Achievement of Objectives and Safety: Meet daily production schedules, support implementation of the SSOMA safety policy, and park and secure the equipment upon completion of work.
