





We are FORMAVENA, a service company that works directly with BACKUS nationwide, providing logistics services at its various industrial plants and distribution centers. We are looking for 1 Human Resources Assistant for TRUJILLO **FUNCTIONS:** \- Register and keep updated the employment documentation of each employee, ensuring it is orderly archived and digitized according to internal policies. \- Timely process weekly, biweekly and/or monthly payroll, depending on the type of contract, ensuring accuracy in calculating earnings, deductions and contributions. \- Receive, verify, register and archive personnel attendance reports in the payroll system, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness for correct payment processing. \- Provide staff support regarding salaries, deductions, benefits and other payroll-related inquiries. \- Prepare and manage employment documents such as contracts, addenda, memoranda, and ensure their signing, distribution and proper archiving. \- Submit monthly payroll declarations through the PLAME system, ensuring compliance with SUNAT obligations. \- Perform worker data updates, including hiring, termination or modifications, in T\-Registro, including labor, educational and social security information. \- Coordinate and follow up on the renewal and validity of mandatory documents such as police background checks, health permits, medical certificates, occupational exams, among others. \- Monitor resolution of observations and/or consultation requests related to occupational medical examination results. \- Issue employment documents such as work certificates, dismissal letters, appreciation letters or any others required by the organization. \- Collect, classify and respond to requests for employment information from internal users, external clients or regulatory agencies, ensuring data confidentiality. \- Register and maintain an updated employee database, ensuring data consistency and traceability. \- Monitor and control employee vacation tracking, verifying balances, schedules and compliance with established periods, and coordinating timely registration in the payroll system. \- Prepare, register and follow up on issued memoranda, ensuring proper communication, receipt by the employee and appropriate archiving. \- Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor according to service needs. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Law, or Industrial Engineering \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles \- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills \- Knowledge of Labor Legislation, Human Resources Management and Strategic Development. \- Proficient user of Office: Intermediate Excel (tables, macros, formulas, etc.), PowerPoint, Word, Power BI **BENEFITS:** \- Market-competitive salary \- General regime, full legal benefits \- Opportunity for career advancement \- Excellent work environment \- Be part of a leading national company Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site job
