Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for in-store on-site assistance, coordinating with a remote technical center for connectivity support, directed actions, and OS migration. Key Highlights: 1. In-store on-site technical assistance at La Curacao. 2. Collaboration with remote technical center for specialized support. 3. Functions focused on connectivity support and OS migration. We are looking for a technician in Virú, La Libertad, to provide in-store on-site assistance at La Curacao, working in direct coordination with our **remote technical center**. **Main Responsibilities (On-site Assistance)** * **Connectivity Support:** Disconnecting and reconnecting devices and network cables as instructed. * **Directed Actions:** Executing clicks or basic commands under remote coordination by the TM2 team. * **Operating System Migration:** Performing Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration with support from the remote technical center. * **Registration:** Taking inventory and submitting photos of equipment condition and connections. **Requirements** * Basic technical support, networking, and operating system knowledge. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical roles. * Safety boots and helmet required (mandatory PPE). * Must reside in Virú (immediate availability). **Conditions and Payment** * Payment between S/ 50.00 and S/ 60.00 per device serviced. * Each store has 2 to 3 devices. * Estimated daily income: S/ 100.00 to S/ 180.00. * Project duration: 1 to 2 weeks.
