Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in face-to-face customer service and sales. (Preferred) Passion for beauty and personal care. Genuine interest in growing and developing within the retail sector. Minimum age: 18 years. Immediate availability to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities: Advise customers according to their individual needs. Effectively close sales to meet assigned targets. Handle and balance cash register. Maintain product display, organization, and cleanliness. Meet service quality standards. Assist with store inventory activities.
