Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the Human Resources department, supervise staff, and manage payroll and personnel selection processes. Key Highlights: 1. SALARY: S/. 1,800.00 WORK SCHEDULE - Full-time WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (including 1-hour lunch break) Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university degree in Accounting or related fields (Administration or others). Knowledge of payroll, social benefits, and current labor legislation. Experience handling payroll or similar functions (preferred). Proficiency in payroll software / accounting systems. Intermediate-level Excel skills. Leadership and teamwork abilities. Organized, meticulous, and responsible individual with attention to detail and commitment to deadlines. High level of commitment to information confidentiality. No criminal, police, or judicial records. Resident of Trujillo. Immediate availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the Human Resources department and supervise support staff (assistant). Lead personnel selection and recruitment processes: new hires, terminations, and preparation of memoranda. Comprehensive management of the payroll module within the system. Processing employee onboarding and offboarding with relevant entities (SUNAT, AFP, ESSALUD, Life Insurance Law). Calculation of social benefits, severance payments, and termination release letters. Coordination with the company’s labor law firm. Other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. BENEFITS: Formal employment registration.
