




Job Summary: Provide support in the management, administration, and control of the vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with processes to deliver efficient service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive vehicle fleet and documentation management. 2. Fuel supply control and coordination. 3. Preparation of consumption reports and personnel tracking. Job Mission: Support the Operations Coordinator in managing, administering, and controlling the vehicle fleet, ensuring adherence to established processes to guarantee operational continuity and contribute to delivering efficient and timely service. Main Responsibilities: Manage vehicle and driver documentation renewals and maintain up-to-date records (permits, licenses, insurance, RTV, etc.). Perform initial registration and documentation for new drivers, including registration in MTC Payroll and Certicom System. Control and coordinate daily fuel supply for vehicles at company-owned and external gas stations, validating corresponding invoices. Receive, register, and file documents associated with services. Validate and record fuel consumption, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Monitor distribution of uniforms and equipment to drivers. Comply with and enforce internal company policies and regulations. Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Required Profile: Experience: 3 years of general experience. Academic Qualification: University degree (preferred) in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge: Route planning (intermediate). Process-based management (intermediate). Vehicle fleet management (advanced). Personnel planning (advanced). Power BI (intermediate).
