What are the minimum requirements we seek in you? - Valid Certijoven. - Valid DNI. - Ability to work under pressure. - Graduate in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. - Experience: Not required. Responsibilities - Issuance of service delivery waybills. - Reporting on service delivery tracking. - Preparing and submitting quotations to clients upon request. - Managing billing codes for services rendered. - Billing and submission of invoices (physical and digital) for services rendered. - Document management for waybills (physical and digital) and other documents related to services rendered. - Monthly and quarterly billing reports. - Weekly accounts receivable report. - Managing monthly personnel access to client facilities. - Managing transportation permits for vehicles. - Monitoring expiration dates of personnel and vehicle documentation. - Monthly fuel consumption report.-Requirements- Minimum education: University degree years of experience Age: between 22 and 28 years Knowledge: Working under pressure, Teamwork, Microsoft Office, Power BI, Initiative Keywords: assistant, helper, aide, auxiliary, operations, operaciones
