Job Summary: We are seeking a commercial professional with experience in tangible product sales and construction projects to develop client portfolios and identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop client portfolios and prospect new clients in construction and industrial sectors. 2. Prepare commercial proposals and monitor project progress. 3. Lead sales and marketing activities. A leading agency specializing in the sale of foams and silicones is seeking a qualified professional who meets the following profile: . **REQUIREMENTS:** • Technical or university graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. • Five years of experience in tangible product sales (not mass consumer goods). • Experience in commercial roles within companies involved in construction projects. • Knowledge of customer service, logistics, and operations. • Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Prospect new and potential clients across various construction and industrial sectors. * Develop client portfolios * Present the company’s product and service portfolio * Continuously identify projects and business opportunities in Lima and provinces * Submit commercial proposals to private or public enterprises, either through direct purchase or state tenders * Track and update proposal status * Collaborate with management to define visit plans and commercial actions * Create and maintain updated databases of clients and prospects * Develop new business aligned with strategic objectives * Submit commercial reports to senior management regarding visits and won projects * Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients * Lead sales and marketing activities (in-person, digital, and trade fairs) * Manage and monitor KPIs **COMPETENCIES:** • Proactive • Problem-solving • Decision-making • Teamwork • Negotiation **BENEFITS:** • Monthly fixed salary commensurate with experience, under formal payroll with all statutory benefits. • Travel allowances • Career development path • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM l **Work Location: Trujillo – Piura \- Lambayeque** Salary: S/.5,000\.00 \- S/.8,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
