Ability to adapt and work effectively in a team **Dental Assistant** At **Maxillaris**, an innovative dental center focused on modern treatments, we are looking to add a **Dental Assistant** with a service-oriented attitude and professional commitment to our team. **Profile Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Dentistry studies. * Training or certification as a Dental Assistant (preferred). * Minimum of 6 months’ experience performing similar duties. * Basic knowledge of clinical assistance to specialists. * Experience taking dental impressions and sterilizing materials. **Required Competencies** * Courteous and empathetic interaction with patients. * Initiative, responsibility, and organization in work. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. * Ability to adapt and work effectively in a team. **Job Responsibilities** * Prepare and maintain the work area in optimal condition before each patient appointment. * Provide timely assistance to dentists during procedures. * Ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment. **What We Offer** * Formal employment under the MICRO ENTERPRISE regime from day one (including vacation benefits and SIS health insurance). * Total monthly compensation: **S/ 1,500** **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 am to 7:10 pm / **Saturdays:** 9:30 am to 1:10 pm **Location** * 751 Los Sauces Víctor Larco Herrera, La Libertad Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
