Position Summary: Chili's is seeking a Junior Cook with a positive attitude and strong commitment to support food preparation and maintain kitchen area hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Support in food preparation following brand standards. 2. Performing mise en place and assisting in hot and cold kitchen stations. 3. Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. **JUNIOR COOK WANTED – CHILI’S!** Chili’s is looking for talent with a positive attitude, commitment, and eagerness to grow within the kitchen department. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 3–6 months of kitchen experience (restaurants, fast food, or similar) * Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn * Availability to work rotating opening and closing shifts * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support food preparation following brand standards * Perform mise en place (preparation of ingredients and supplies) * Assist in hot and cold kitchen stations as needed * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area * Comply with food safety regulations **WORK CONDITIONS:** * Work schedule: Monday through Sunday * Rotating weekly day off * Rotating shifts: * Opening shift: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Closing shift: * Thursday and Sunday: 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. * Friday and Saturday: 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. * Scheduling: 3 opening shifts and 3 closing shifts per week (48 hours weekly) **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll enrollment from day one * EsSalud health insurance for employee and dependents * Mid-year and year-end bonuses * Compensatory Time Savings (CTS) * Paid vacation days * Family allowance (as applicable) * Profit-sharing payments * Career path and internal development opportunities **Apply now and join the Chili’s team** Salary: S/.1,304.00 per month Application questions: * Are you immediately available to start? * Do you agree to work rotating shifts, including opening and closing? * Please provide your current WhatsApp number.
