We are currently seeking a Field Sales Representative to strengthen our presence in the city of Trujillo. Responsibilities: - Visit hardware stores and customers within your assigned area. - Acquire new customers. - Maintain and strengthen the existing customer portfolio. - Promote and sell Schubert’s product portfolio. - Achieve established sales targets. - Follow up on quotations, orders, and collections. - Provide personalized service and commercial advice to customers. - Prepare daily visit and sales performance reports. Requirements: - Must reside in Trujillo (mandatory). - Prior customer portfolio will be considered an advantage. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Goal-oriented mindset. - Availability to work 100% in the field.
