Currently, we are seeking top talent for the position of **MECHANICAL OPERATOR**, to join our team. **What do we expect from you?** You must be: · A Technician in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Mechanics, Production, or related fields · Bachelor’s degree holder or graduate (preferred) You must have solid knowledge in: · Mechanical maintenance of equipment · Assembly of static and dynamic equipment · Use of mechanical tools and equipment You must have: · Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions (mechanical operator or maintenance) · Experience in assembly and maintenance of equipment (pumps, compressors, skids, boilers, etc.) · Knowledge of high-risk work · Proficiency in JSA (Job Safety Analysis) · Teamwork skills and results orientation **What will be your responsibilities?** · Execute assembly of static and dynamic equipment · Perform mechanical equipment maintenance · Coordinate with the mechanical supervisor on task execution · Prepare and mobilize maintenance tools and equipment · Request materials and equipment · Prepare JSA and tool checklists prior to each activity · Report unsafe acts and conditions · Prepare daily work reports · Propose improvements in mechanical operational processes · Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area · Comply with Safety, Health, and Environmental Management (SSOMA) guidelines **About the Hiring:** · Location: Must reside in Trujillo (mandatory) · Employment type: Project-based contract · Inclusion in payroll from day one · Benefits as per applicable law Salary: S/.3,000.00 - S/.3,500.00 per month Application Question(s): \* Where do you currently reside?
