Position Summary:
Responsible for implementing health programs, monitoring workers' health, following up on medical cases, and supervising mining projects.
Key Highlights:

2. Comprehensive follow-up of medical cases until resolution.
3. Supervision and compliance with occupational health standards.
**WORK MODE: IN-PERSON, 6 HOURS/DAY, MONDAY TO SATURDAY**
**WORK LOCATION: TRUJILLO**
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Occupational Health Diploma (mandatory)
* Master's Degree in Occupational Medicine (preferred)
* Experience in occupational health services (mandatory)
* Willingness to travel (mandatory)
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Implementation of the PASHO and specific health programs.
* Monthly issuance of technical reports on workers' health surveillance.
* Collection of information and preparation of activity reports.
* Follow-up on reported medical cases, continuously monitoring their progress until resolution.
* EMO evaluation and delivery of results with recommendations.
* Participation in the monthly Safety Committee, presenting occupational health outcomes.
* Monitoring the implementation of hygiene assessments, as well as determining and executing action plans based on results.
* Monthly visits to mining projects to supervise compliance with the company's occupational health standards.
* Timely medical assistance to staff in urgent and emergency situations.
