




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support electronic invoicing, document control, order tracking, dispatch coordination, and administrative tasks, with a focus on sales and logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Support in electronic invoicing and document control. 2. Order tracking and dispatch coordination. 3. Assistance in administrative activities of the department. **Requirements:** \- Technical studies in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. \- Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of MS Excel. \- Issuance of shipping guides, purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and other documents. \- Knowledge of the sales area (mandatory). \- Knowledge of distribution and logistics. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Perform electronic invoicing. \- Control receipt of all documentation required for invoicing (Sender’s Shipping Guides, Carrier’s Shipping Guides, and Purchase Orders). \- Track orders entered into the production department, ensuring compliance with commercial terms and customer satisfaction. \- Coordinate timely dispatch of goods. \- Assist in departmental administrative activities (e.g., document reception, sales filing, etc.). \- Carry out other instructions from the immediate supervisor. **Competencies:** \- Commitment \- Customer orientation and initiative \- Proactivity \- Strong communication skills and punctuality. **Benefits:** \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. **Working Hours:** \- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM **Immediate Availability** **Work Location: Industrial Park** Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
