BELOW ARE THE DETAILS: Requirements: - Own equipment for performing duties. - Availability to work in a hybrid mode. - Availability to travel to the districts of San Miguel, Miraflores, and Los Olivos. - Graduate in Design, Marketing, and/or related fields. - Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and social media platforms. - Two years’ experience as a Community Manager and Designer (desirable). Functions: 1. Creation and management of social media content (mandatory). Generate reports and metrics on content performance. 2. Social media: Generate KPI reports (visits, likes). 3. Support other departments in creating audiovisual content to meet the center’s various needs. 4. Provide all relevant information about the center via the social media platforms that request it. 5. Plan, organize, and monitor editing activities for internal and external publications to keep members of the organization and clients informed. 6. Develop, disseminate, and keep updated the entity’s staff calendar (birthdays, holidays, institutional announcements, etc.). 7. Continuously and creatively create and manage audiovisual content for the entity (mandatory). 8. Perform any additional duties assigned by the Manager or Administrative Departments.
