Please send your CV and Unique Labor Certificate to: administracionawqaconcept@awqahoteles.com **Responsibilities:** · Serve food and beverages to guests professionally, ensuring all requests are fulfilled promptly, courteously, and effectively. · Ensure orders are delivered promptly, accurately, and in accordance with waiter or guest specifications. · Prepare and organize workstations, ensuring all utensils and supplies are available to facilitate service. · Stock the breakfast buffet station according to requirements. · Supervise and perform necessary tasks to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the dining and service areas. · Collaborate with kitchen staff to guarantee timely and accurate order delivery. · Support the organization and service of special events within the hotel, ensuring exceptional service at all times. · Properly manage service-area waste in accordance with established regulations. · Submit monthly requisitions based on operational needs. · Prepare cocktails according to guest orders. **Requirements:** · **Academic Qualification:** Technical or higher education in gastronomy or customer service-related fields. · **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage service or similar roles in restaurants or hotels. · **Knowledge and Skills:** o Knowledge of customer service principles and public interaction techniques. o Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. o Organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team. o Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in food and beverage service. **Additional Requirements:** · Proactive, responsible, and punctual attitude. · Commitment to service quality and excellence. · Professional personal appearance and strong communication skills. · Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. .
