We are currently seeking a Payroll Analyst. What will be your impact on the team? Process and calculate the company’s operational staff payroll, ensuring accurate entry of payroll components (overtime, deductions, bonuses, profit-sharing, CTS), as well as verifying absence-related components in accordance with established policies and current labor legislation and the agricultural labor regime, to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees. What are we looking for in you? Professional degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields Diploma in Labor Legislation Knowledge of Labor Legislation, Agricultural Labor Regime, General Labor Regime, PDT, PLAME, T-Registration, AFP, SAP ERP, personnel attendance control, and payroll management indicators. MS Office and Excel – Intermediate SAP ERP – User/Intermediate 2 years of experience in payroll calculation and analysis. Take the first step toward a career full of opportunities and challenges.
