Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Works Supervisor with passion and ingenuity to plan, supervise, and coordinate the execution of construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Civil Works Supervisor** **On-site Mode \- Trujillo, Peru.** **Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule construction production activities. * Supervise the execution of work items in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * Coordinate with engineering, quality, surveying, logistics, SSOMA, and contractors. * Monitor physical and financial progress of the project. * Manage resources including labor, machinery, equipment, and materials. * Identify constraints and propose solutions to prevent delays. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. * Verify compliance with quality and safety standards. * Manage valuations, change orders, and production cost control. * Lead coordination meetings with the site team. * Other duties consistent with the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in civil works, including at least 2 years in supervision, quality, or production roles. * Specialization in project management, construction planning and control, Lean Construction, costs and budgeting (Desirable) * Experience reading and interpreting drawings, technical specifications, and quantity take-offs. * Solid knowledge of the National Building Code. * Experience in controlling construction processes, testing, tolerances, and acceptance criteria for civil works. * Experience managing non-conformities, corrective actions, and quality dossiers. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety and risk management applicable to construction sites. * Excel, Word, and PowerPoint – Intermediate to advanced. * MS Project and AutoCAD – Intermediate. * Experience using document management platforms, reporting tools, and monitoring dashboards – Desirable. * English – Basic to intermediate * Availability for fieldwork, travel, and on-site stay according to project requirements. **Benefits** * SCTR. * Continuous training. * Benefits via the BUK platform. * Participation in corporate events. * Career development path.
