**At Xtra Mineral Gold Limited EIRL** we are looking to integrate a **Junior Geologist**, responsible, proactive, and committed, who actively contributes to the development of our exploration and geological assessment activities. Your main responsibility will be to support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of geological data in the field and office, ensuring technical data quality and compliance with safety, environmental procedures, and internal quality standards. Profile: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Geology. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in underground mining companies (essential), as well as knowledge in cost and budget management (OPEX and CAPEX). * Proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Leapfrog, IoGas, and Datamine (certified). * Knowledge of surface and underground geological mapping. * Knowledge of sampling methods for mineralized structures. * Availability to work under a 20x10 schedule. Main responsibilities: * Support the identification and evaluation of economic zones within areas assigned by the direct supervisor. * Collaborate in the development of drilling programs focused on Infill and Exploration to identify and define mineral resources in specific areas. * Participate in monitoring and controlling the production program, ensuring achievement of established objectives and optimizing operational efficiency.
