We are *Shon’s Transport*, a Peruvian transportation and distribution company. We are currently seeking talent for the position of **LOADING ASSISTANT**, who will be an essential part of our operations team, ensuring that products are handled safely, efficiently, and within the established timelines for assigned routes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed secondary education. * Experience: Preferred 3–6 months in logistics operations or similar roles. * Knowledge: Basic ESTOCA handling (mandatory). * Availability: Willingness to travel frequently to provinces (company covers per diems). * Competencies: Responsibility and attention to detail, teamwork and collaborative attitude, commitment to orderly and controlled operations. * Residence in Huachipa, Huaycán, Santa Anita, Ate, Ñaña, Carapongo, Santa Clara, or nearby areas. * If residing in another district, must have convenient access to Huachipa. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform pre-loading at the Distribution Center. * Support vehicle coupling for other routes. * Participate in frequent trips to provinces, as scheduled. * Accurately record and report all deliveries completed. * Maintain order and compliance with operational procedures. * Carry out loading and unloading of goods from transport vehicles. **BENEFITS:** * Join a structured and orderly operation. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Family allowance (if applicable). * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. * Per diems covered for provincial trips. * Job stability and opportunity to learn in a high-volume operation.
