Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Architect to develop architectural proposals, 3D modeling, and wellness-focused design for residential projects, country houses, and commercial spaces. Creative and dynamic work environment At **JM Pingus SAC**, we are looking for a **Junior Architect (recent graduate or bachelor's degree holder)** with interest in **biophilic architecture, neuroarchitecture, and wellness-centered design**, to participate in the development of **residential projects, country houses, and commercial (retail) spaces**. **Main Responsibilities** * Development of architectural proposals (concept, schematic design, and detailed design) * Preparation of architectural drawings * 3D modeling and render generation * Design of spaces focused on wellness, user experience, and connection with nature * Preparation of client presentations * Support in project coordination **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture (recent graduate or degree holder) * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) * Knowledge of SketchUp or Revit * Proficiency in rendering software (Lumion, V\-Ray or others) * Basic proficiency in Photoshop / Illustrator (desirable) * Interest in sustainable architecture, biophilia, and conscious design * Creativity, proactivity, and strong communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Courses or knowledge in biophilic architecture, neuroarchitecture, or emotional design * Portfolio featuring innovative proposals * Aesthetic sensitivity and user-wellness orientation **We Offer** * Integration into innovative and purpose-driven projects * Opportunity for professional growth * Creative and dynamic work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in this position or similar roles? * Are you proficient in Microsoft Office at an advanced level? * Do you possess the ability to work based on objectives?
