Our client, a major Peruvian company expanding nationwide and specializing in fiber-optic Internet services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Telecommunications Engineer** for its **Post\-Sales** channel. What are the main responsibilities? * Managing warranty coverage for correct implementation, operationality, and service continuity with corporate clients. * Post-sales support and assistance. * SLA and service quality management. * Customer retention and development. What are we looking for? * Professional with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Electronics Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of IP and TCP/IP networks, FTTH architectures, OLT and ONT equipment, network incident diagnosis and resolution, basic configuration of enterprise routers (Mikrotik preferred), monitoring tools and ticketing systems, and ability to read and interpret availability and performance metrics. * Leadership qualities, service-oriented attitude, dynamic personality, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
