Preferred: Degree in Electronic, Computer, or Telecommunications Engineering. Valid driver's license for car and/or motorcycle. · EDUCATION AND/OR SPECIALIZATION: · Minimum: · Knowledge of FTTH troubleshooting. Knowledge of network traffic analysis and traffic generation tools (congestion). Knowledge of Structured Cabling. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Networking courses from CISCO (CCNA), HUAWEI (HCIA). Knowledge of Ceragon and Huawei radios. Ability to perform work at heights (mandatory). Soft skills. Preferred: · Valid CISCO (CCNA) certification. Valid HUAWEI (HCIA) certification. Advanced Excel proficiency. Structured Cabling certification. Knowledge of Ceragon and Huawei radios. Experience configuring routers and switches. Experience with network traffic analysis and traffic generation tools (congestion). Soft skills. · IT / LANGUAGES: · Minimum: · Office Tools proficiency: Intermediate. English proficiency: B1. · Preferred: Office Tools proficiency: Advanced. English proficiency: B2+. · EXPERIENCE: · Minimum: 1 year installing corporate services for Claro or similar provider. Preferred: 2 years of experience providing corporate services for Claro or similar provider. · RESPONSIBILITIES: · Fiber-optic splicing. Validation and testing required to resolve faults. Performing work at heights. (Mandatory) Performing preventive maintenance tasks. Performing complete service deactivations. Replacing DROP cabling and connectors. Submitting required documentation. Submitting expense justifications according to the provided format. Willingness to travel within and outside the La Libertad department (Mandatory).
