Position: Data and Automation Technical Assistant Location: Guayaquil Contract Type: Business Rotation/Part-time (4 hours daily) Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–12:00 Position Purpose: Your mission will be to analyze, integrate, and visualize data to strengthen monitoring and evaluation processes, driving projects that generate greater impact in the lives of children, adolescents, and communities. Main Responsibilities:* Collaborate in the development and administration of dashboards and executive reports, facilitating access to key information for project management. * Participate in lessons-learned sessions, innovation forums, and internal training, promoting process improvements, good practices, and capacity development. * Support the implementation of ETL processes and data automation, managing institutional data flows and ensuring information quality using tools such as Power Query, Power BI, Excel, R, and/or Python. ✅ Key Requirements:* Graduate in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and use of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and advanced Excel. * Desired experience in project monitoring and evaluation, and ability to systematize and manage knowledge.
