Our client, Davy College, an educational institution focused on the International Baccalaureate (IB), is seeking the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Education or Mathematics. * Master’s degree in Education or Mathematics (Desirable). * Minimum 3 years of teaching experience. * Prior experience in an international and/or British school, and in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (Desirable). * Experience teaching Mathematics at primary or secondary level. * Proficiency in technological tools: Google Classroom, MS Office, Zoom. * Minimum English proficiency level B2 (desirable). * Willingness to reside in the city of Cajamarca. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure compliance with supervision, discipline, coexistence, and student safety policies both inside and outside the classroom, aligning with institutional objectives in this regard. * Develop, manage, and implement the curricular and institutional plan according to guidelines for each level, program, and grade to guarantee achievement of subject-specific and institutional objectives. * Design, coordinate, and carry out the assessment process—diagnostic, follow-up, analysis, and interpretation of results—in accordance with level, grade, and program, to demonstrate students’ achievement levels in competencies, capacities, and skills, and ensure timely communication regarding their learning progress. * Maintain timely communication with parents using the tools provided by the school (DAVY ONLINE) to ensure effective communication about students’ academic and socio-emotional progress, difficulties, and improvements, enabling collaborative family–school work. * Keep DRIVE and GOOGLE CLASSROOM updated with required information, in accordance with established guidelines and deadlines set by the school, to ensure the teaching–learning process and traceability of information. * Implement the methodology, key elements, and approaches in class as per guidelines established by the school, the IMYC programme, the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, and the national curriculum (MINEDU), to achieve excellence in teaching aligned with international standards. * Create a functional, safe, attractive, and physically comfortable space to foster a favorable learning environment. * Monitor the progress and performance of students enrolled in the differentiated assessment system or follow-up (SAE / Wellbeing) to meet individual student objectives. **SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; two days per week extended until 4:30 p.m.** **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration. * PACIFICO Health Insurance and 100% covered Oncological Insurance. * Educational benefit for employees with children. * Transportation allowance.
