Key Responsibilities: Promote, advise, and support the implementation of community activities, coordinate with local actors, volunteers, monitoring and evaluation of Area Programs in the region, serving as the focal point for key processes of each IPF, SOP, among others; ensuring the quality, relevance, implementation, and effectiveness of community interventions. Encourage community participation through effective coordination with local stakeholders, volunteer mobilization, and organization of activities that promote the holistic well-being of children and their families. Strengthen local community capacities through training processes and technical support, ensuring sustainable interventions aligned with territorial needs. Lead and coordinate monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning processes in the assigned area, ensuring data quality, community participation (especially of children), and effective use of institutional tools for timely decision-making and continuous improvement. Ensure proper implementation, planning, execution, and follow-up of community activities targeting RCAA and CO IPFs. Participate, in coordination with the Rapid Response Team, in emergency situations declared by the National Office. Applicant Types Accepted: Local Applicants Only
