Job Summary: We are seeking a Valuation Engineer for the site technical office, responsible for preparation and monitoring of valuations, project control, and resolution of technical queries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and monitoring of valuations 2. Implementation of project control structure 3. Resolution of technical cost queries Our company is seeking outstanding professionals for the position of Valuation Engineer for the site technical office of the North Lima project. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 03 years of experience performing similar duties in construction projects. * Proficiency in software relevant to the field: Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office. * Mastery of quantity surveying, valuation, scheduling, and reporting. * BIM proficiency is desirable. * Residency in SMP, Los Olivos, or Comas districts is desirable. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities**: * Preparation, submission, and follow-up of valuations until approval. * Monthly valuation of executed works according to the project budget, among other duties inherent to the position. * Implementation of the project control structure, defining how information will be recorded, collected, and processed. * Resolution of technical cost queries from Supervision and/or subcontractors. * Continuous coordination for updating and reviewing the project's physical\-financial progress. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Full-time** Employment type: Full-time Application question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
