Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring Center Operator to support the Supervisor, monitor alarm systems, and assume responsibilities as an ATM Operator, Macro-Regions Operator, and CCTV Site Operator. Opportunity to assume multiple technical roles **Responsibilities** * Support the **Control Center Supervisor** in executing service personnel tasks at the CCS. * Provide support in the **alarm system monitoring** function, in coordination with the operator assigned to that position. * Assume the functions of **ATM Operator, Macro-Regions Operator, and CCTV Site Operator**, based on electronic expertise. **Requirements** * Completed higher education studies in Systems Engineering. * Minimum **02 years** of experience as a Monitoring Center Operator in financial or banking institutions (**MANDATORY**). * Training in customer service, system operations, basic first aid, and Microsoft Office. * No police, criminal, or judicial records.
