**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate of Mechanical, Mechanical-Electrical, or Industrial Engineering programs. * Knowledge in management systems. * Basic knowledge in electricity, mechanics, and HVAC systems. * Familiarity with safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance with HSE requirements. * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with different departments and technical personnel. **Functions:** * Effectively collaborate with various teams to ensure achievement of maintenance objectives. * Develop strategic maintenance plans, both short-term and long-term. * Supervise and monitor technical personnel. * Prepare and present reports to the client. * Coordinate maintenance tasks with the client. * Present a weekly summary report of completed work.
