Provide timely and efficient, warm and professional care to patients using the emergency service and develop their care plan, while conducting follow-up and audit of clinical records.

**Job Description**

Provide timely and efficient, warm and professional care to patients using the emergency service and develop their care plan.
1\. Conduct a comprehensive (physical and emotional) assessment of the patient upon occurrence of urgency/emergency.
2\. Implement emergency measures and treatment aimed at correcting the patient’s life-threatening condition.
3\. Decide on subsequent actions following patient stabilization.
4\. Conduct patient follow-up during the hours immediately following the urgency or emergency.
5\. Review and audit clinical records, ensure informed consent is properly signed by both physician and patient, and monitor adherence to medical care protocols.
6\. Perform other duties assigned by the department head.
7\. Adhere to patient safety policies and promote compliance with Required Organizational Practices.
8\. Comply with the "Person-Centered Care Policy" or "Foster a person-centered care culture by delivering high-quality, compassionate care."
**Candidate Requirements**

* SPECIALIST IN PEDIATRICS
* BLS AND ATLS CERTIFICATION
* MINIMUM TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
