




MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Ability to draft budgets, reports, letters, etc. MUST HAVE GOOD SPELLING. \- Issue electronic shipping guides through the Sunat portal. \- Request quotations and follow up on supplier payments. \- Handle corporate emails and phone calls. \- Knowledge of 5S and its application in the workplace. \- Other duties assigned by the supervisor. WORK EXPERIENCE: \- Minimum of 3 months in the same or similar role. PROVEN. EDUCATION AND SKILLS: \- Ongoing studies in Secretarial / Administrative Assistant / Technical or Pre-professional Internship in Industrial Administration or Business Administration. \- Proficient in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). \- PROACTIVE, INITIATIVE-TAKER. \- EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION (AT ALL LEVELS) \- WORK UNDER PRESSURE. \- STRESS TOLERANCE. \- ADAPTABILITY. PREFERRED TO LIVE IN SAN MARTÍN DE PORRES OR ADJACENT DISTRICTS. Contract duration: Duration of internship with first option to continue as a graduate. Full time.
