A leading company in labor intermediation and outsourcing services is seeking a Social Work Assistant to join our team, providing comprehensive and timely support to our workers. Main responsibilities: \- Provide social work services to workers across different projects. \- Process applications at Essalud for subsidy recovery and other benefits. \- Guide and coordinate medical referrals at Essalud. \- Promote, implement, and evaluate protocols for addressing Covid\-19, dengue, and other diseases. \- Analyze emergency cases through interviews or home visits, managing SIS benefits. \- Process renewals and enrollments for complementary insurance and \-\-\-Seguro Vida Ley. \- Conduct home visits and provide social accompaniment. \- Comply with current administrative and operational procedures and regulations. \- Ensure the integrity and proper use of equipment, supplies, and materials within the department. \- Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisors. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Social Work. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles. \- Knowledge of Essalud, SIS, and labor insurance regulations. \- Analytical skills, empathy, and worker orientation.
