JOIN OUR TEAM! **RL INGENIEROS PERÚ S.A.C.**, a recognized company in the electrical sector, is looking to hire a **JUNIOR ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR**, with interest in professional development on **Medium and Low Voltage (MV/LV)** projects in Lima and provinces. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support supervision and coordination of electrical construction works. * Monitor conduit installation, cable laying, and overhead and underground installations. * Support supervision of transformer, switchgear, and MV/LV equipment installation. * Track project progress, resources, and materials. * Assist in preparing technical and progress reports. * Verify compliance with drawings, quantities, schedules, and quality standards. * Coordinate with technical and operational personnel during work execution. REQUIREMENTS * Graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum **6 months to 1 year of experience** in electrical construction or projects. Candidates with less experience but demonstrating knowledge and potential will also be considered. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of **Medium and Low Voltage** systems. * Knowledge of transformers, switchgear, and electrical equipment. * Familiarity with electrical relays and lifting operations is desirable. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Knowledge of **AutoCAD and/or MS Project**. * Willingness to travel to provinces. * Availability for on-site work. * Updated CV indicating projects or construction works participated in.
