Support in workplace climate activities and internal communication. **HR ANALYST** **Job Description** A service-sector company is seeking an **HR Analyst**, responsible for executing and supporting HR functions, including recruitment, personnel administration, attendance control, and support in workplace climate activities and talent management. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative staff. * Post job openings on employment portals and screen candidates. * Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes. * Prepare and update employee files. * Monitor attendance, tardiness, and vacation records. * Support preparation of employment contracts, renewals, and other labor documents. * Provide support in workplace climate activities and internal communication. * Assist in generating HR metrics reports (turnover, absenteeism, coverage, etc.). * Coordinate with various operational departments regarding staffing requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or near completion in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of recruitment and personnel administration processes. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience in service companies or personnel outsourcing firms is preferred. **Competencies** * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Proactivity * Confidentiality * Teamwork * Results orientation **We Offer** * Formal employment registration from day one * Statutory benefits * Opportunity for professional development * Positive work environment * Career path within the HR department Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,100\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
