Job Summary: PrudentialSAF is seeking an Operations Analyst to ensure contract registration, provide commercial support, and manage documentary processes within the core system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the correct registration of contracts and requests in the core system. 2. Provide support to the Commercial area for inquiries and requirements. 3. Manage the reporting of registered operations to the involved departments. A company part of Grupo Habitat Perú, PrudentialSAF, is seeking an Operations Analyst. Responsibilities Ensure the correct registration of contracts and requests in the core system, digital channels, and physical media. Provide support to the Commercial area to address inquiries or requirements related to their operations. Responsible for the proper validation and registration of participants' bank accounts in the core system. Manage the reporting of registered operations to the involved departments (subscriptions, transfers, and redemptions). Accurately simulate and close the fund unit values for managed funds. Ensure that all participant-related processes comply with current regulations by maintaining appropriate physical or digital documentation. Minimum of 2 years of experience in this role or in similar functions. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Desirable: Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
