We are currently looking for top talent to fill the position of **Warehouse Operator**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Residence:** Must reside in the eastern zone (Huachipa, Ate, or nearby areas). * **Availability:** Available to work fixed shifts (Day, Afternoon, or Night). * **WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receiving and dispatching goods. * Performing picking and conducting inventory counts. * Stacking, unstacking, and recording entries in the ledger. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll registration from day one, including all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, etc.). * Base salary of S/ 1,300 \+ overtime pay \+ night shift bonus (as applicable). * Meal coverage (70% lunch / 100% breakfast for early-morning shift). * Commuting allowance based on shift. * Opportunity to begin career progression from the 6th month and obtain industrial vehicle certification from the 3rd month. * Educational agreements, medical campaigns, and health or educational loans. * Timely biweekly payments.
