Job Summary: We are seeking an adaptable and responsible kitchen assistant to support food preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of the kitchen area in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Accommodation and meals provided **Rustic Restaurant located in Santa Rosa de Quives \- Canta (1 hour outside Carabayllo)** is looking for a kitchen assistant with adaptability skills to work in a dynamic environment, responsible for taking orders, setting up mise en place, cleaning the work area, and supporting the team as needed. **PROFILE:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in this position. * Provide direct support to the chef in daily food preparation. * Adhere to good food handling practices. * Possess a valid health certificate (or obtain one during the hiring process). * Properly follow hygiene protocols. * Honesty, positive attitude, and tolerance for working under pressure. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Completed Secondary School. * Age: 18 years or older. **AVAILABLE SCHEDULES:** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM \- Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (minimum salary) * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (S/.60\/70 per day) * Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays only, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (round-trip transportation fare reimbursed) **BENEFITS:** * 100% accommodation covered * Meals (breakfast and lunch) * Individual tips * 50% additional pay for all holiday days, regardless of schedule * Bonuses and incentives * Eligibility for enrollment in MYPE payroll system If you believe you possess the required skills and are interested in joining our team, we look forward to your application.
