Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time Kitchen Assistant for a specialty café and vinyl record store, supporting food and dessert preparation as well as kitchen maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in food and dessert preparation according to recipes. 2. Keep the kitchen clean and organized. 3. Proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. We are looking for a **part-time Kitchen Assistant** for a specialty café and vinyl record store located in the heart of Miraflores. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Food Preparation:** Cleaning, cutting, and preparing ingredients according to recipes. * **Kitchen Support:** Plating dishes, preparing side dishes, sauces, and dressings. * **Dessert and Pastry Preparation Support.** * **Kitchen Cleanliness:** Cleaning utensils, surfaces, and work areas. * **Organization:** Properly storing food items and reporting missing supplies. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience (negotiable). * Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene. * Proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. * Student / recent graduate. (Not mandatory) * Availability for rotating shifts: * **Opening shift:** 7:30 am \- 4:15 pm. * **Closing shift:** 2:00 pm \- 10:45 pm.
