Responsible for menu and à la carte dish preparation **Job Description** Gloria Catering and Services is an SME food concessionary company with over 15 years of experience in the market. We are currently seeking a **Chef**. The position will be based at KM 20 PANAMERICANA SUR, with fixed working hours from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturdays from 6:30 AM to 11:30 PM. **PROFILE:** * Technical training in Culinary Arts or Gastronomy, with 2 years of experience in food concessionary companies. * Ability to work in teams and under pressure; communicates effectively at all levels; demonstrates frustration tolerance and a drive for self-improvement. * Immediate availability. * Valid Sanitary Certificate. Key responsibilities include: **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assists in breakfast preparation. * Responsible for preparing soups, starters, and rice dishes. * Responsible for menu and à la carte dish preparation. * Implements cleaning and disinfection programs. * Performs mise en place (preparation for the following day). * Participates in the setup of prepared foods on the production line prior to service. * Coordinates with assistants to ensure timely completion of preparations. * Assists in supervising assistants’ and aides’ work. * Other duties inherent to the position.
