Job Summary: We are seeking Warehouse Operators or Warehouse Assistants to manage orders, verify merchandise, stack products, and maintain inventory and order in the warehouse. Key Highlights: 1. Bi-weekly payments and bonuses On behalf of our client **CASSINELLI \|Hipermercado Cerámico** (a leading company specializing in the sale of ceramics, sanitary ware, and porcelain tiles), we are currently recruiting **Warehouse Operators or Warehouse Assistants for the Surco branch.** **Position:** Warehouse Operators **What do you need?** * With or without warehouse experience. * Completed secondary education. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Prepare orders according to system tickets to ensure timely deliveries. * Verify and display the status of merchandise ready for dispatch together with the customer and dispatcher. * Transport and stack products into customers' vehicles, complying with delivery standards. * Restock and inspect the picking area to maintain appropriate inventory levels. * Implement the 5S methodology to ensure order and cleanliness in the warehouse. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **What do we offer?** * Fixed salary * **Food card** * Department bonus * Mobility bonus * **Bi-weekly payments** * Indefinite-term contract (3-month probationary period included in payroll) * Direct payroll enrollment with full statutory benefits from day one (CTS, profit-sharing, vacation, ESSALUD, family allowance). **Working hours:** **Availability to work between** 9:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. (rotating shifts), in the following shifts: * Morning shift: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Afternoon shift: 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. * **Sunday:** 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **One rotating day off** **Work location:** Avenida Circunvalación 105, Santiago de Surco (opposite Benavides Bridge) **If you meet the profile and wish to join our team, apply now and become part of a market-recognized company.** Salary: S/.949\.88 \- S/.1,486\.91 per month Work location: On-site employment
