The ANTEZANA Law Firm is urgently seeking a licensed and bar-registered criminal lawyer who is responsible and eager to work and gain experience to carry out the following activities: REQUIREMENTS: \- Bar-registered. \- Licensed in Civil Law, Criminal Law, or related fields. \- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a lawyer. \- Experience in litigation, attending procedural hearings, preliminary accusation hearings, and oral trials, among other related tasks. (MANDATORY) \- Drafting legal documents (complaints, precautionary motions, appeals, etc.) in the field of criminal law. \- Strong negotiation skills to reach favorable agreements for clients. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Drafting legal documents in the aforementioned areas (Civil Law, Criminal Law, or related fields). \- Maintaining daily contact with clients to update them on their cases and performing other duties necessary for carrying out assigned tasks. \- Reviewing case documents and identifying the specific charges brought against the client. \- Developing a defense strategy and an independent evidentiary plan to be implemented throughout the criminal proceedings. \- Attending scheduled procedural hearings and court sessions. \- Handling criminal law consultations. \- Advising and representing clients, whether they are accused of committing a crime or are victims thereof. \- Participating in all phases of criminal proceedings—from the preliminary investigation through instruction and intermediate stages, up to the oral trial. \- Willingness to travel, when required. \- Designing legal strategies to optimize case progression. \- Salary: To be negotiated. \- Working hours: Mon–Fri: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / Sat: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm CONTACT US AND SEND YOUR CV TO 923320869 (WHATSAPP ONLY) OR TO Email: legalesantezana@gmail.com Don’t hesitate!
