You will have the opportunity to work in an international and multicultural company where you can explore our training and development opportunities and become a Logistics expert. **Required Experience and Competencies:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics warehouse performing similar functions. (Desirable) * Technical and/or university studies in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Administration, or related fields. (Desirable) * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel. (Desirable) * Knowledge of information systems: WMS, ERP. (Desirable) * Intermediate-level English language proficiency. (Desirable) **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate daily operations with the assigned account client. * Validate monthly import receipts expected in the warehouse with the client. * Process customer-submitted orders in the WMS system. * Ensure timely order preparation to meet delivery commitments. * Schedule dispatches for end customers according to retail appointment slots or specific instructions provided by the client. * Print shipping labels, manual and/or electronic invoices for each dispatch. * Schedule execution of cyclic and general inventories within the warehouse locations and in the WMS system. * Control inventory for the assigned account. * Maintain and manage documentary files (DHL forms, customer invoices and/or waybills, others) supporting inventory transactions. * Prepare KPI reports, indicators, and performance metrics for operational review and client meetings. * Other responsibilities assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Employment Conditions:** * Formal employment contract (Planilla) * 100% health insurance coverage (EPS) * Food vouchers Are you interested in applying and do you meet the profile?
