Position Summary: We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Chemist Technical Director to supervise processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage regulatory affairs for an importer of products. Maintenance of quality standards and staff training. A reputable company importing household cleaning and personal care products, with 20 years of market experience, is seeking a Technical Director. Requirements Licensed, registered, and authorized Pharmaceutical Chemist. (Mandatory) Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Technical Director or in similar positions at pharmacies, importers, or pharmaceutical warehouses. Up-to-date knowledge of current sanitary regulations (DIGEMID, GSP, GDP&T). Experience in Regulatory Affairs management, including procedures, sanitary registrations, renewals, and modifications before the competent authority. Experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred). Proficiency in handling technical and regulatory documentation. Responsibilities Supervise product receipt, storage, and distribution processes. Ensure compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP). Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Conduct internal audits and propose process improvements. Supervise warehouse staff and train them on current regulations. Handle technical complaints and coordinate solutions. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain mandatory product documentation. Supervise control of expired, damaged, or non-conforming products. Report significant incidents to Management. Ensure compliance with current sanitary regulations. Manage the company’s Regulatory Affairs, including obtaining, renewing, and maintaining sanitary registrations, authorizations, and other procedures before DIGEMID or other competent authorities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Salary: S/.1,195.18 – S/.5,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
