Proactive, responsible, punctual, and communicative person A leading company in the importation and distribution of dental products is looking for a **Multifunctional Establishment Operator** to join our team. We seek a proactive, responsible, punctual, and communicative individual. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Reside in districts adjacent to the CENTER OF LIMA. (Mandatory) * Proactivity, orderliness, autonomy, and adaptability. * Prior experience in similar roles involving cleaning, security, and customer service. (Mandatory) * Basic skills in operating security cameras (not mandatory). * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills to interact with the public and other employees. * Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions. * Professional appearance and courteous demeanor. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain the establishment clean and orderly. * Monitor and verify security camera footage. * Open and close the establishment, ensuring all doors and services are secured. * Manage establishment keys. * Verify and handle incoming correspondence and documents. * Act as a promoter, inviting people into the establishment and distributing promotional materials. * Report completed tasks and use WhatsApp for communication. * Actively promote establishment rentals. * Perform any other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the establishment. * And other duties. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:45 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * A **dynamic, collaborative, and professional** work environment. * Job stability. **Note: Please note that duties are performed on Av.
