Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Assistant to administer ERP systems, resolve IT incidents, manage databases, and provide technical support to users. Key Responsibilities: 1. ERP system administration and database management. 2. Hardware, software, and network troubleshooting and resolution. 3. Proposing technological improvements and providing technical support. Withmory Group, a leading Peruvian automotive company with over 30 years of market experience, is seeking top talent to fill the position of IT ASSISTANT. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree holder, graduate, or bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computing, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar functions. * Knowledge of hardware, software, printer, and network installation and configuration. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays (remote) from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the district of San Luis. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administer, install, and configure the company's ERP systems. * Address and resolve IT incidents via ticket management. * Manage and perform backups of databases and critical information across various departments. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and computer equipment issues. * Propose technology-driven improvements aimed at process automation. * Manage inventory and stock of equipment, components, and technological accessories. * Provide technical support and guidance to users regarding operating systems and applications. * Administer and configure the Data Center with physical servers. * Classify, coordinate, and manage user technology requirements. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one with all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacation, family allowance, Es Salud, life insurance per law). * Birthday leave. * 100% EPS coverage for the employee. * Career development path. * Pleasant working environment.
