Position: Sales Supervisor for a financial institution Work Mode: Hybrid Office near your residence and remote work from home At O\&M Servicios Comerciales S.A.C., a strategic partner of major national financial institutions, we are currently seeking a Sales Supervisor with experience in the financial sector, commercial leadership, and a results-oriented mindset. We seek professionals capable of leading high-performing teams, developing effective commercial strategies, and enhancing sales force growth in financial products—particularly payroll-deductible loans. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare sales forecasts and continuously monitor the sales team’s achievement of targets. * Supervise, support, and enhance the performance of assigned sales executives. * Train the team according to policies and guidelines governing financial products. * Analyze and organize commercial strategies, timelines, and daily operational activities. * Implement training and development programs for the sales force. * Provide commercial advisory services and sales projections to the team led. * Monitor key performance indicators and achievement of commercial targets. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a commercial supervisor, sales supervisor, or field supervisor in the financial sector. * Knowledge of and experience with payroll-deductible loans and/or payroll discount financing. * Experience leading commercial teams and managing KPIs. * Analytical, organized profile with negotiation skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability. * Knowledge of commercial processes, coaching, and team development. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office.
