**What Are We Looking For?**
**Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with the Linear FX Flow Trading Desk Manager in defining the desk’s strategy, focusing on meeting the needs/demands of internal and external customers while complying with regulatory and risk requirements.
* Provide counterparty services for Linear FX Flow products in response to client requests submitted by the Sales team. Quote bid/offer prices, focusing on increasing Linear FX Flow order volume by promoting excellence in the trading services offered to clients.
* Dynamically manage FX portfolio risk. Focus on breaking down and hedging various risks in coordination with other trading desks. Maintain risks within acceptable/allowed limits.
* Continuously monitor the market, maintaining ongoing contact with other market participants/counterparties. Focus on adjusting and updating valuation model trading parameters according to market risks and conditions.
* Record all transactions in internal applications. Support middle and back office in transaction settlement to minimize operational risk and/or resolve incidents. Verify order compliance and control in cases of contingency, system failures, or incidents.
* Carry out daily close-out processes, verifying that book risks are identified and controlled and that positions are accurately reported in internal systems. Revalue all books using market data at end-of-day, verifying market changes and explaining sensitivities. Update market data for end-of-day revaluation.
* Closely collaborate with Linear FX Flow Trading Desks in other regions to coordinate global trading book management across different time zones.
* Update Linear FX prices in databases used by all Global Markets traders for pricing.
* Collaborate with other FX trading desks to update the manual, framework, and pricing rule documentation for FX. Review pricing methodologies for exotic transactions, understanding valuation tools and methodologies.
* Act as a liaison with other FX trading desks to coordinate risk management strategy and share market knowledge and customer needs. Promote synergies in the global FX pricing and risk management strategy.
* Collaborate with Quantitative (Quant) and Structuring teams to develop FX valuation models and structured FX products, respectively.
* Comply with internal and external operational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Generate recurring revenue while meeting budget and success/failure (hit/miss target) objectives established for products/assets under your responsibility.
* Report regularly and ad\-hoc (as needed) to your direct supervisor.
**Requirements**
* 1–2 years of prior experience in financial markets, investments, or money desks.
* Prior experience in banks, Pension Fund Administrators (AFP), or insurance companies will be highly valued.
* Proficiency in Bloomberg (core tool) and Microsoft Excel is essential.
* Programming knowledge in Python for process management is desirable.
* Key Competencies: Ability to work under pressure; Organization and attention to detail; Strong communication and teamwork skills.
